Normally to de consistent on quality post and meeting up on the required post count for the week could be very challenging, most especially for those that have other things going on in their corner that is eating up their time.

Some persons are multitasking and before they even get the chance to come to the forum, their won't be enough time to do much and do the night be tempted to just drop posts and replies just to meet up with the minimum required post for the week. This might reduce their post quality and might appear as though they are being relaxed or that they are not putting the needed effort in bringing quality to the forum, but in the midst of all these, as a person, you need to decide that whatever post you are dropping is going to be of high quality and this is dependent on how naturally brilliant you are.

The quality of you post and replies no be wetin anybody go use play because na your reputation you de build so and if you are able to prove to the board that your content and contributions are always top-notch, if for any reason someone is assuming that you're plagiarizing, it would be easy to look back at your previous post and see that this could be a mistake or mix up.

Quality over quantity, any day, anytime  .

Forget the fact say whether you dey in the right position to advise people or not, but wetin you for dey worry about na is this thread I creative in line with the forum contribution or not, and the true fact be say you are surely in line with what's ought to be here on this forum, as quality contribution matters a lot than quantity, which is why for those wey dey grow up and those wey don ranked up and yet hoping for merits in other to apply for campaigns, I think the advice given here on this thread should go a lone way helping them get back on track while we all strive for success on our individual forum journey.

I think this post majorly belongs to those people wey join here new and con get luck say dem belong to one campaign or the other, pipo wey don dey years or 7 to 8 years no get too much time to worry bicus i believe say dem be old firewood so dem no dey rush dey burn again except for newly wood wey if dem put am for fire e go easily do gra gra burn finished. Yeah nah true talk be this wetting u talk just right. Because of the post count and all other most pipo nor dey focus on quality post like that to be honest  even me sometimes I still dey do am but I don dey try work on my self because e nor go kill me to do both like to keep up with the post count and the same time dey post quality post. But e go take small time to adopt to am but small small we go work on our self. Getting promotion too nice nor b lie ooo than to just dey one place nor dey grow.

Op this one na legit talk you cary come here. Person sopos to dey add meaningful contribution to help the forum grow. We dey always find way to grow and looking up to higher ranked members for growth, but no dey get insight for wetting dey make people grow. but as e be like this I don learn one thing today. Although me just join the campaign and looking up to make quality post but with this, person go need to adjust for some kind certain things. In other to make quality post.

If you check beside every poster posting in this forum, there is an ignore button and it is not an option that is commonly used in case you have that in the back of your mind that many people do not use it. "Ignore" option is used when a poster is seen as someone who writes senselessly and contributes meaninglessly, and when ignored by another person in the forum, your post becomes unseen to that person. Na that kind place nai many of us stand to dey if we refuse to develop and grow for the way wey we take dey package post.

The bad thing with being labelled as a shit poster to be ignored is that, once ignored and then say you change and start doing better, there will be no way for that person who ignored you to know. So just reason say many people ignore you for this forum, na big f*ck up be that.

OP advice is advice regardless of who is giving the advice, one thing in life is to grow and help others grow as well it's just very unfortunate that some persons doesn't like seeing others grow or when they see you growing, instead of them to encourage you on how you can continue growing they begin to either feel that if they do so that you may be greater than them in the future but let me not digress from what OP is saying, many of us here take simply because they want to meet up their posts target for the week and start making irrelevant or meaningless posts, I've come across some posts in our local board here that had it been we have a moderator those kind of posts would have been deleted so let's try as much as we can to be creative and act with caution as the forum is visible to everyone, everybody is watching each others back as any slight mistake you make might cost you alot, imagine your account being tagged or receives a negative trust after you've spent so much time, money and energy to build an account so let's be careful as other people outside our local board are also watching us.

Fact. I strongly agree with your post. Many members engage in such acts just to make sure they have completed their post count, which is what will cause spamming and low-quality posts, which is very wrong and supposed to be taken care of, because even though you are working and you end up in a statistic position, you too will not be encouraged. But as Naija Day like this, anybody that gets where he go they get money no go, they bother to increase his effort, which is the result of the suffering that Naija people are facing, but to be sincere, if you increase your efforts, your rank will also increase, which means your quality posts might be merited.

So please, especially the members, junior members, and newbies, work with passion to succeed, which means they should increase this post quality, have a smooth stay in the forum, and also let them keep learning because those who learn always gain.

Campaign like this shouldn't be the reason why people would choose to male low quality post just to meet up count post. These Campaign are Campaign that you don't even need to meet up with maximum number of post for the week, you can do the ones your strength can go for and you will still be paid by the manager. I think people shouldn't allow meeting up maximum post for the week to make them contribute low quality post.  Giving the forum a quality contribution is very important which will make you grow and be counted as one of the good members of the forums quality contribution.

The advice wey you bring na better advice, even though you dey think say you no reach the level to advice people for, here na forum wey be say you get right to talk anything wey dey your mind, as you talk this one now some people dey wey be say them dey do am and E fit make them change and some people too go dey wey be say them never do am and they no go do the stuff, na true be say we dey take advantage of the opportunity wey we dey get, and na some dey block our way  of becoming successful in life, as person wey dey campaign, the first thing you should put for your mind be say how you go take do make you get another opportunity wey go carry you go another level.

And about people wey dey rush do post wey no be better contribution, na the person wahala oh because at last na the person go suffer am if him no later get campaign enter, before the carry you for any campaign you think say the person wey dey control of the campaign go just carry you like that? Those people wey dey control too get sense, them go look how you dey post and if they see that you no dey do better contribution them go leave you for one side, my brother the good and E go dey beneficial for many newbie here.

One thing I have come to realize is that passion for something is what keeps you growing. The moment you feel too comfortable with your success you will start declining. But the hunger to keep getting higher and staying at the top is what will keep you working extra hard to stay relevant. Nokia as a brand got too comfortable and too relaxed with their success and today they have lost the market. Honestly speaking I am amazed by the level of work @Charles Tim, @Criptoprinuerbrainboss and @Agbe  who have attained a higher rank yet they are working tirelessly and contributing to almost every post in this place. If this people are not satisfied with their level of success in this place who am I an ordinary Member ranked to start feeling comfortable because of one work and I won't give my best to this forum and Lb. In nutshell there is no excuse that's enough to why we are not growing.

This one na just a piece of advice I wan give us. I no say I no  worthy to advice anybody, just as our elders say " advice no be cause ". Why I talk this thing be say people dey always explain say them no dey grow, and them wan rank up from member to full member and also meet up post count on this our campaign like bitvest and eloncoin campaign by brainboss. That thing come dey make people feel like say to write quality post and to meet up post count come dey hard. and e come dey make some people feel tired and e come dey reduce there interest to make quality post. while some feel relaxed due to the money wey dem dey get for the campaign wey dem day. so sometime we take advantage of any opportunity to get wetting you want, by using the 60weekly post allocatoon to grow in knowledge more understanding, and e go train you to be good so that you fit move to the next level.

In life we dey always feel happy say we dey grow, and na dey ginger us up to work smart to succeed. imagine that kind feeling when dem tell you say you have been promoted.. you know that kind feeling.I no say no be me dey in right position to tell us thing, but make we no reason am. Just make we try because if you dey work for person and you no dey get promotion, even your family, wife, co-workers them seft go dey ask you questions say you no dey grow?
