my email is correct and i get this email after 3,4 hours on the day i couldn't access my account
Then there's something wrong with their server, how much BTC do you have on your account?

Also, I suggest following the scam report format if you think that you're really scammed by them.

He had about 3000 Satoshi we gave him for free.

@Btchunter3333
Try it again and if you know the person that referred you please ask them to stop trying to steal from us through multi-accounting abuse because it will inconvenience any real referrals they have.

it works now, but i don't get why my account was locked.

i hope my account will work if i deposit bitcoin on it and not happen again this lock

i will close this topic as all is ok for me. i got that referral link on telegram

You probably got hacked and freebitco.in has nothing to do about it, also hacks are notoriously happening in this website. I have a personal experience about this on my own and they have send me multiple emails regarding about someone trying to log-in to my account, they even provided the I.P. address (Ukraine) of who is trying to log-in to my account and after several failed attempts they temporarily locked my account and gave me a new password. You may not have the same experience as me because the hacker knows your password on your account or email that's why they got into quickly. Maybe you got victimized by phishing site or malware that's why they were able to get your password.

i not get hacked and also not get any email about failed logins

You probably got hacked and freebitco.in has nothing to do about it, also hacks are notoriously happening in this website.
If this is the reason I bet freebitco.in will email the email address of OP to inform that there's someone who changed his passwords but base on hi experience there's nothing he received.

And to let op know that freebitco.in forgot password always show that message whatever you input on the email textbox

So try to double check your email if its correct and if its registered on the website.

They are around for how many years now and earned trust in community. I don't think they will waste all of their hard work and effort for such amount, and for that lock account thing for a total of 10btc. Believe me man, aside from pd, freebitco.in is also one of the rich website that I know. That 10btc is nothing. So why would such trusted website will risk their potential earnings in the future and will turn into scam if they are earning more than what you've mentioned.

It is probably an honest error. I don't see why they should be scamming people out of measly 1mBTCs when they are making much more in both advertising revenue as well as their crazy high house edge on their dice games.

As others have said, wait for TheQuin's response. Perhaps post in their ANN thread as well as their games and round thread for big winners. Based on their historical track record as well as the recency of paying out big wins, I don't doubt that you'll reach a resolution.

Freebitco.in is one of the classic sites, and for the time being I do refuse to believe that they have ill intentions.

the email not come even on spam folder. i message TheQuin https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/thequin-143168 i wait again for his reply but still i don't get why they block my accounts
They may have a reason for that. It is easy for any person to make up conclusions based on assumptions which are never correct. Calling one of the oldest paying bitcoin faucets to be scam is not acceptable without proof so I suggest you wait for a response from their community manager. You are seeing only your side of the story, and we humans never realize that there is another part of this story which remains unspoken. Wink

If you ask me about their legitimacy then I would always vouch for them. I was a proud winner of the 200$ prize of their 10k number roll of faucet and I was paid in the next round of payments that week. My thread about the win exist here if you are interested to see because this might ease your mind for the time being:

Got 200$ from Freebitcoin today morning, call that a BIG WIN

Is there a possibility that you have a 2-FA and forgot about it?

I'm not necessarily a fan of this website but I don't think would scam you by preventing you from accessing your account.

You can always post your complain in their main thread:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/freebitcoin-200-freebtcwin-lambo02btc-dailyjackpot32500-wager-contest-319540

Perhaps either one of the two support people there or even someone from the community can help solve your problem.

i don't have 2fa activated

They have been in business a long time and might not need to steal since their odds are very poor.

You should not base your judgment only on the duration of the site. I knew freebitco.in since the beginning
of there journey and they are really a legit faucet provider with a small-time casino feature. But that is not enough
to give them a vouch since they are focused more on the casino side of there business which is far different when I know the site.

In relation to OP subject matter. If he can use the forget password feature then it means that the account is still in the website database and possible to recover. Do you check your spam email? If it's not there then you can contact the website support if it is available.

Is freebitco.in turning slow into a scam website and will steal people money (bitcoin)?

I have an account on freebitco in from last year, the problem is now i can't even login in my account getting this error

while i click i forget details i get this but didn't come any email

i only have this account and i use it only on my pc, why can't even login on it and what happen if i would have deposit on it a large amount of coins?
