Are you looking for this? https://support.blockchain.com/hc/en-us they will never remove their support as there are some others that are experiencing major and minor problem including me. You just have to put your concern there and indicate your email address and they will notify you through your email address. And after that you can exchange emails and concerns together, good luck.
This thing did actually rise up my eyebrows mentioning that they don't have support or finding them is very hard. Seriously? As been on the link given above it does really show already. When you tried to look on the bottom left of the webpage. You would actually find 4 contact mediums on them. You will see facebook, twitter, linkedin, github. Just try those mediums and you sure be answered don't know how long since I didn't try to contact them ever since because I didn't experience problem when I do make use on blockchain. This is my alternative web-wallet besides on using pc wallets.

Sometimes everything that we have been looking for is already in front of us but we are not putting our attention with it. When I tried to contact them, they are responding very quick maybe 1-4 hours if I can remember it right. It's a good web wallet but sometimes they have some bugs and I did experienced it.

Found this link to blockchain.info support team where they have all frequently asked question answers people usually face.
I am not confident with link because it shows .com format https://support.blockchain.com/hc/en-us .
It could be more effective if you can elaborate the issue here you are facing?

There is an account issue which I am having I am seeking their help.
Anyway do you know if they support Bitcoin Hardfork for 25th of October?

Thanks

Well, I guess you want some help to know whether your  coins are safe or not during hard fork in blockchain wallet right? If so there are many posts regarding it.

I have found this link maybe this link can help you out.

Code:
https://support.blockchain.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=184543

However, bL4nkcode posted Facebook and Twitter links you can try to contact them there.

They do have a customer support panel. You need to sign up to support.blockchain.com before making new question though. After you make an account, go to https://support.blockchain.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and then choose "I have a general question" or another request type that you need to ask. Voila!

AFAIK blockchain.info hasn't released any statement regarding the 25th hardfork, but they already made a press release for 2X hardfork here https://blog.blockchain.com/2017/10/12/bitcoin-hardfork-blockchain-wallet/#more-12558. During the last BCH hardfork, blockchain.info initially didn't support it. But after several months, they add a new option to claim and trade BCH within their wallet.

No, Blockchain.info does not support hard fork but if you still keep your bitcoins in blockchain wallet, your  bitcoin gold equivalent to amount of btc is safe with them.
After hard fork happens, you must move your bitcoins from blockchain to any other wallet that supports fork and therein you would be able to see this amount separately.
BTC.com is well know among those wallets that let you withdraw hard fork coins.
