But i really don't know why i got the error and how to prevent it from happenig again.
The only possible reason is Electrum have connected to a malicious server despite the added parameters in the shortcut.
That message will show if the server tried "something else" other than broadcasting the transaction.

Try to edit Electrum's setting into "oneserver"=true.
You can find it in %appdata%/Electrum/config (open with notepad).
[%appdata% = Win+R->type %appdata%]

ERROR:2019-04-30 21:42:06,790: IOError: OSError(0, 'Error')
with different time each line.
Have a look at this, apparently you need to increase the Electrum protocol timeout to 10,20,30 and some users reported even 50 or more seconds to get rid of the errors.
It seems to be a similar error to what you are getting so take a look and see if it helps.

Did you check your nodl if it is connected to the internet? This might be the reason why you are getting this error and maybe you are running this machine offline?

I think much better to try contacting nodl support and maybe they can give you solution about this issue.
Here's the contact page https://www.nodl.it/contact/

I run windows 10, at first i couldn't connect it, then i add the parameters on electrum shortcut " --oneserver --server [my nodl ip]:50002:s" and it worked, i could see my history wallet, then when i tried to send bitcoin i got this error:
-snip-
Have you confirmed that it was connected to your server?
If not, click the connection icon (Green Circle) and you'll see the actual server where you've connected.
If it's not your IP or server name, there's a problem with the instructions that you've followed.

I have read the "The Box" from your nodl link and it seems like a pre-configured hardware that can run a full node and other related software.

eps= electrum personal server
nodl= https://www.nodl.it (plug and play node like casa)
Never heard nodl and it looks like a machine with full node and lightning network never seen a guide for this that can make an electrum server with this machine or connect your Electrum and use the machine as a personal server?

I think much better to check some guide on how to make an electrum server and I think you need Ubuntu to build your own OS.

Get some idea from this guide below.

- Tutorial - Electrum Server on Amazon EC2 - Step by Step
- How to Install an Electrum Server using Full Bitcoin Node and ElectrumX

It's already installed but there is a problem, probably with windows.

I don't exactly know what is nodl eps but if you want to run a server with your own there is a guide that you can follow.

If you want the guide here's the source: How to run your own Electrum server

Did you try to read some threads here which is already posted here in Electrum?

If not try to check this thread https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.50827463

According to the thread changing the Electrum server to e.keff.org solve his issue.

The most common problem that shows this error is from malicious server but since the server is mine something else must be the problem.
I don't want to connect to another server but only to mine.
When i connect to my eps i can see the history of my transactions but when i try to send bitcoin i get this error.

edit: on the electrumpersonalserver.log i see this error created every 5 seconds

ERROR:2019-04-30 21:42:06,790: IOError: OSError(0, 'Error')

with different time each line.

I have installed on my nodl EPS and i'm trying to connect it with my wallet electrum on the same network.
I run windows 10, at first i couldn't connect it, then i add the parameters on electrum shortcut " --oneserver --server [my nodl ip]:50002:s" and it worked, i could see my history wallet, then when i tried to send bitcoin i got this error:

"The server returned an unexpected transaction ID when broadcasting the transaction.
Consider trying to connect to a different server, or updating Electrum.

Server returned unexpected transaction ID."

I use electrum 3.3.4

What can i do?
