Because you used a web wallet that didn't provide the private key to the user. Blockchain.com is that kind of wallet that didn't have a backup phrase or private key. That's why upon checking transaction ID it shows confirmed but showing the non-spendable transaction and it means you've imported that address without its private key. I may suggest avoiding this kind of wallet is much better because I believed in saying that "If you don’t own your private key, you don’t own your bitcoins.”. Use an open-source wallet.

Probably it is a great help and you may understand very well if you visit this thread, it is similar to your issue.

Have you already transfer some of your funds from blockchain.com (the one you use to receive from the crypto.com) to another wallet? You can see a successful transaction because it got confirmed, but it does not mean that you can transfer the funds especially if the wallet you use to receive is a watch-only address (assuming it's non-spendable), so you need to have the private key of that wallet.

how do u export seed phrase
Log in to your Blockchain.com wallet, click on "Security Center" at the top right of the window, then click on the blue "Backup Funds" button near the bottom right, then again click on the new "Backup Funds" button. It will show you 4 words at a time, which you should write down on paper (never store these electronically, copy and paste them to a text file, take a photo of them, upload them to an email account or cloud storage, etc. Paper only.) You can then use that seed phrase to import your addresses to another wallet.

However, none of this will help in your case. The non-spendable address in your blockchain.com wallet isn't covered by your seed phrase. As I said above, the non-spendable address has been manually imported as an address only, either by your or by somebody else. The only way you will ever be able to access these coins is if you have the private key from elsewhere - there is no way to recover the private key which relates to that address from your blockchain.com wallet.

You need to answer the following questions:

Where did the non-spendable address come from? Did you create it in another wallet, or did somebody give it to you?
Did you import the address yourself?
Did you create this wallet from scratch, or was it given or sold to you?

If you created it you must have been shown the corresponding keys during the process, if blockchain shows the private keys at all. I don't use web wallets so I am not sure of the process.

There is no way to directly access the private keys for an address which Blockchain.com created. If you want to see the private key, you have to export the seed phrase to a wallet like Electrum, and then use it to extract the private key. Blockchain.com will only show private keys which have been manually imported to the wallet.

The only way OP can have a "non-spendable" address in his blockchain.com wallet is if either he or someone else manually imported the address. OP will need to answer your other questions before we can go any further with this.

To me, this seems like one of the classic cases of scams when a fraudster creates a watch-only wallet and convinces someone that it's his wallet. You know when a friend helps you with something you don't know yourself.

I may be wrong, but somehow I suspect the OP took the address from some other wallet, and then import that address to blockchain.com and now asking how can he not spend the amount he sees on that address.

If the OP by any chance comes up again, I advise it to read : What does ''watch only'' mean in Blockchain wallet?

Who created that address where you sent the coins to? Did you create it or was the address given to you by someone? If someone gave it or sold it to you, it is probably a scam.

You didn't get scammed, and Crypto.com (or any other exchange) is not supposed to give you any private keys. You must have sent funds to an address that you imported without its private key. If you have the PK stored elsewhere, you can choose your 'non-spendable' wallet in your blockchain app, then scan the private key otherwise, there is no other way to recover the funds.
