For example, you can split one server with VM on 4 or even 8 VPS and sell them like $4 monthly.
I used once a VPS (a VM) for a month for $4 and it was working nice, and it was like 2 core 2GB memory and 100GB hard drive. It's just an suggestion, as many ask for cheap.
I'd be interested if you can provide me with the name and possible a guide on how to do this splitting of one server into segmented vps for maximum efficiency.

So I purchased one of installmans dedicated servers with the request for a special OS and I am not disappointed with the results. I got a fast connection with minimal lag and latency, killer specs everything you would need for a good windows VPS and all for a very low price I don't think you can get it any cheaper elsewhere.
