Sorry for the noob question, but what all does the full account include?
Full access* which means you can change everything. Gave a description, should probably read the post. life time warranty? there is a possibility taken back by the owner 
I can replace it if that happens. Mine hasn't yet

But can you change the email as changing the password is pointless if the original owner has email access.
