The transaction has already confirmed.

The transaction is non-standard because it has inputs that have High-S signatures. That means that you need to update your wallet.

I was trying to transfer my bitcoin from one address to another, and sent all of my btc to another address I own.  I send with a huge fee on purpose, so it would confirm faster.

The reason I did this is because I have some transactions that have not confirmed due to the blockchain being 40k transactions backed up.  I thought if I would send with a large fee (parent pays child), I could get my other transactions fto all confirm also.

Now I am getting the message that this trans has a none standard output and is only medium priority, despie the huge fee.  Can I do anything?
