Not trying to be mean, but if you're doing this for a commercial service, shouldn't they be helping you out? If you want to try to recover it yourself, which might be hard, this thread might be more useful...

I tried many times following the pywallet official thread and devtome website but I don't understand how to correct install the bsddb3 and zope interface! I managed to get the dump txt file but it is empty!

I made a new thread with a little bounty of 1.00 LTC!
