I am afraid switching between coins is not a good idea, if coins are switching so frequently.

I use Multipool as well. I like the way it switches the miner to the most profitable

I'd suggest using a multipool such as the one at multipool.us ... it switches your miners automatically to the most profitable coin! Also take into account the amount of electricity you use in comparison to the money you're making!

Cheers!

www.middlecoin.com is a great pool for that as well!

Started on bitcoins a few weeks and decided on litecoins recently.. Been burning up power at my shop and house mining in burnslash's pool.. Made my first 10 bucks over the past 2-3 days or so..

Shop PC -- 4770 mining
Shop PC 2 -- wasting power, soon gtx 260 with cudaminer
House PC -- 4770 + Phenom II X6 1090T @ 4ghz churning away

I'm very tempted on leasing a 7990 or a R9 from cuttingedge.. any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated

O.o..

Thanks for any tips!
