All kinds of choices... depends on what you want. I rent my gear out on MRR, so that's my primary pool. I fall back onto my p2pool node in case MRR can't be reached, or in the case where the renter screws up and his pool goes offline.

I've mined at Eligius, BTC Guild, Slush, kano.is, solo.ckpool, mintsy, GHash.io, nastyfans, and more. Like I wrote... a lot of choices out there for you. Everybody's got their own opinions, and eventually you'll form your own about where you like to mine

Apparently moving that diff number up to 1024 cut my performance from about 1.2TH to 100GH according to the pools status page, even though my device still showed running about 1.3. I moved it back down to 16 where it was originally and my numbers are coming back up where they should be. So, that begs the question, if I drop it to 4 will I get even better hash rates in the pool itself?? Hummm....

You don't want to have the same pool in all three slots... you pick a primary (which I'm guessing you're going to use Eligius Tongue

), then you pick a backup and another backup. That way in case Eligius is unreachable, your miner isn't sitting there doing nothing.

Please post the screen shot of the setting page, i also don't have this unit. Most of AMT thread fill by accusation, i hardly find information regarding AMT-1200.

If OP tells us what pool he is using we can judge if "diff" matters. I highly suspect it will not make a difference, but again the 512 or 1024 can be set to be safe.

And you will look all day for info about them. AMT really just did not care is what it amounted to.

Difficulty most likely you will not need to set. I would put on 512 or 1024 just incase.

But what pool are you using? Most will adjust difficulty automatically based on your hashrate. I believe its varidiff.

You will find some on AMT, I have not had one. They had a little drama so less people on here have had one.
