Not so sure about payza but they do accept paypal
People do accept paypal, it's just generally more expensive and more risk involved.
I saw that virwox website before but that doesn't solve the payza to bitcoin issue. And from reading around this forum people don't want to do exchanges of bitcoin to paypal for I think it was refund issues. And I haven't found a payza to paypal exchange 
Becareful about the fees, I keep hearing people complain about getting fleeced transferring between BTC and linden.
