Blockfolio is the best suggestion for you to start maintain your portfolio with your cryptocurrencies holding. We need to track the value based on the value we wish to buy or sell it.
Set the alert there it will pop you up and according to that you can

I know most people have suggested some portfolio trackers. I just want to share mt opinion as I've used some myself. My picks are Blockfolio and Delta. I've used both of them in the past and from my experience, they're the best portfolio trackers/asset management on Mobile. Aside from the clean and easy to use UI, It packs a dozen of other features like getting  exclusive updates from your favorite project teams right inside the app.

Mobile apps:

1. Blockfolio

2. Coin Stats

3. Delta

4. Cointracker

5. Kryptographe

Of these five apps I use two (Blockfolio and Delta) as you can see the realtime movements of your coins in various supported exchnages!
You will also find here your profit and losses. So you can set the time you buy the coin and automatic you will also see how much you have lost and how much your profit.

For your mobile Blockfolio,CMC mobile app,and coingecKo will be best. But I use blockfolio and coingecko. I don't like CMC app interface.
If you want website then you can see there is an option in cmc "watch list".Coingecko is also good but maybe need to create an account ( I didn’t use the web version).

Nice to meet a fellow data scientist in these forums  Wink

If you'd care enough not to limit yourself to being web-browser based, a great mobile app would be DELTA (https://delta.app). It has all the features you described while at the same time having an extremely sexy user interface. Also, another plus is that you don't really need to register or signup, simply just start using the app!

Glad to meet you, too Cheesy

Blockfolio is still my best portofolio and it accessable via android and you can download it on playstore and also for ios you can downlaod it on appstore.
It covered almost every coins and tokens and also many different exchanges available with up to date price. Also we can read news about crypto from the apps and the user interface is friendly and easy to use

CryptoTalk.Org - Get Paid for every Post!

Hi friends,

looking for a browser-based portfolio tracker where I can add different exchanges via an API.

I then would like to see my complete portfolio (sum of everything on different exchanges), including the share of the total amount each coin amounts to.

I'm only investing a small amount, so a paid service isn't worth it. I'm not a speculator, but joined this community as I want to learn more about cryptocurrencies and blockchain (I'm a data scientist).

Thanks! I've spent 2-3 hours searching, but haven't been lucky thus far.

Some years back when I needed something of such too, my brother introduced blockfolio and trade view to me which I downloaded from my play store and I must tell you that these two would do exactly what you want, most especially blockfolio where you can add exchanges and even be able to pull out your coin data on that exchange for you to be able to have a firsthand data update on your coins.

I have been using the blockfolio more, and I will tell you that their interface is very user friendly and it is very easily to maneuver, if you try blockfolio, I know that you will not regret it. It is like when we are looking at the biggest and the best exchange that we have here in the market, you will see many people pointing to binance which is how blockfolio is too.

BTC price road to $80k
Weird crytowatch didn't mention here which is one of the well-known best tools for trading and tracking portfolio BTC or altcoin.
I just want to add it here if you are looking for all in one tool they also have APIs so this is I think what you are looking for.

You can also use this https://bitcoinwisdom.io/ free but they only support limited coins, unlike cryptowatch I just want to add it here so that you have other options which one that fits your needs.

This portfolio tracker is better for me; https://cointracking.info/
Since the OP need a browser-based portfolio tracker, Cointracking would do. It's also available on android platform and IOS platform if you need to use it via your mobile phones.
You can try their live demo if you just want to test it. Their user-interface is definitely superb.

Bitcoin FTW!
Here's another alternative:

Cointracker: Easy to use, doesn't have a high amount of downloads but the app also has a neat capital gains calculator that helps with taxes. I don't currently use this for the sake of calculating taxes, but this could be something to look into.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.cointracker.android

Another tracker you could try using is coin.fyi (https://coin.fyi/). There's even a thread for the site (click for link) on Bitcointalk, though it and the account representing the site doesn't seem like it's been active for a while.

There are some alternatives missing from the list posted:

- CoinStats https://coinstats.app/en/portfolio

- KryptoGraphe https://www.kryptographe.com/
It's free but you can sync with only 1 platform and 1 device

- Altpocket https://altpocket.io
it's free but it doesn't support a lot of platforms (Binance, Coinbase Pro, and 2-3 others)

- Cryptocompare https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cryptocompare.mainapp

A portfolio tracker is very useful especially when you are in trading. Even though you are on travel you know which coin is currently pumped or dumped in the market. I used blockfolio app it is very convenient to use.

Here is the full list of portfolio tracker either web or app versions.
