I was trying to move some ER-20 tokens from one Ethereum address to another (offline paper wallet address). I had enough gas to cover the cost, but the transaction still failed. I went to the website of the token, and read that it is locked until the ICO is over. Will the tokens still transfer after sale is over, or because the transaction failed due to the lock, will they just remain in the original address - and I'm just out a little bit of gas?

I'm still learning how Ether transactions work. I just hope that my tokens don't disappear into limbo somehow. I did do a bit of research and read that failed transactions should fully roll back and the tokens stay in the original address. I just want to confirm that from those with the knowledge.

Thanks for your time,

-Snow.
