I suggest you putting your "numismatics" in the "Collections" section you can try there also the silver and gold.
About your "pp", "venmo" they are highly risk payment methods which no one will accept here.
Do not take this as snarky comment but as friendly advice to not waste your time offering payment methods that can be easy charged back.
Take a look at the forum to take the idea what and where you should place for sale in the right section.
Make sure you accept "escrow" if you want to get any serious deals
