The transaction was confirmed in block: 498629 ( 2017-12-10 21:49:15 + 27 minutes ) This time is UTC, so it was confirmed approximate 2.5 days ago.

The coins should be available in your wallet.

I purchased a small quantity of BTC via Bitbargain here in the UK. I paid by bank transfer and the coins showed up in my Bitbargain wallet very quickly, i.e. with 5 mins.

Let me explain to you how does it works:

You paid using wire transfer, i dont know why you had the balance in there, since most wire transfers about buying bitcoin are taking more than five days to be confirmed.

Your transaction hasn't been confirmed yet, not because of the wallet, or whatever you are using. It hasn't been confirmed because the whole mempool is saturated yet, it means that it can take upto more than a week to get confirmed if you paid a low fee.

Forgive me if this question has been asked before by someone else. I have read other posts to see if someone has already asked the same question I am about to pose in order to find the answer to my question. However, I cannot find any other post that asks my question.

My question is this.

I purchased a small quantity of BTC via Bitbargain here in the UK. I paid by bank transfer and the coins showed up in my Bitbargain wallet very quickly, i.e. with 5 mins.

I checked on [Suspicious link removed] the next day to see if the transaction had been confirmed on the Blockchain but it had not. Then I checked again tonight, i.e. 48 hours post purchase, and the transaction has still not been confirmed on the Blockchain.

However, if I click on the link 'unspent outputs' on Blockchain.info I am taken to another page where there is a blue box that states the number of confirmations is 337 and the green box shows the number of BTC I have.

I am confused. I am under the impression that the landing page or home page, i.e. the page where you enter your address on [Suspicious link removed], is where the balance of the address is shown as well as the number of confirmations.

Is the 'unspent outputs' confirmations the same as the blockchain confirmation of the purchase transaction I carried out 2 nights ago when I purchased the coins on Bitbargain? Or is there another Blockchain confirmation yet to appear. I paid just under £5 for the miners fee.

Thanks to anyone who can clarify for me.
