Well, the Chinese goverment stated that all users will be allowed to withdraw, which is good.. so if users can deposit, that's kind of a sweet lil bonus right? lol

Sounds like his LTC is now stuck in China. Fun times for that guy. :-)
I haven't heard of BTC38.com giving users issues when it came to withdrawing BTC, LTC or any digital currency for that matter. So.. I don't think he's gonna worry about it. lol
Well considering how in the reddit post he specifically says he only managed to deposit, I would be a little worried. Especially since the new Chinese guidance says all exchanges must do proper KYC/AML checks.....
But is BTC38 actually in China? Or is it in HongKong?

I say congrats to him. This could mean a lot for bitcoin, litecoin, or whatever coin we all deal with.
