1. Are you sure your doing it correctly?
Steps: PROFILE > Ignore Boards Preferences > Un-check the intended board > Change Profile

2. I even tried using my "Newbie alt account that I use for bumping my threads" but didn't face any issues (in case it was a new restriction for lower ranked users)

3. I searched "Simple Machines" website but no reported case for that error

4. I have a feeling that this might be something from your end so perhaps try the following things (while waiting for an answer from the Admin):
  a) Use different browser
  b) Clear the cache
  c) Try Incognito mode in Chrome

Op explained already that when he want to quote my post on first reply, he encountered the same error when you want to quote/post a reply that was already deleted.

I don't see what's wrong with my statement, if you land on a thread / post and if it is deleted by the time you decide to click quote or reply to it, then it will show that error. Happened a dozen times with me on self moderated threads.

I reach Meta thread by Google search. Now some of the META thread in my watchlsit so I can access META.

But my Home page do not have any link to META thread. Leave others, I can not quote even my post in META.
What ever I post in META, It only increase my post count , If I do "show last post by this person" in my profile then there is no collection of post that I posted in Meta, same with the topics I started.

They will notice this thread and will check out your problem and its better if you are actually going to post a screenshot that the quote button doesn't work for you. Try to look in some other threads, newbies can even quote other members posts. My guess is that your problem is very simple, you are trying to quote a message that is actually gone/deleted.

Can you show/give us the link to the thread/post you want to quote? I guess only the locked thread can't be quoted as well to post. And changing theme of the forum is disabled long time ago (I dunno when it was disabled) that's why you get that error.

I am not able to quote in META thread.
I think on very first day of joining when I customized my profile, I ticked META thread too on my profile.
Now I try to again customize my profile it give me error "Disable 45"
Can anyone help me in this.
