The version of armory is 0.96_win64.exe
This doesn't seem correct... did you download from here: https://btcarmory.com/0.96.5-release/ Huh

Or did you download from the old and outdated bitcoinarmory .com? Huh

I try several time to download bitcoin core but  doesn't work.... i downloaded but is only 897 byte... i think is not ok...
no error messagge....
Likely due to the issues that the Bitcoin Core crew had with their Windows Digital Signature being revoked by accident. Undecided

Where did you try to download Bitcoin Core from? Was it this one: https://bitcoincore.org/bin/bitcoin-core-0.21.1/bitcoin-0.21.1-win64-setup-unsigned.exe

i will like to transfer my funds to electrum....
Then I would follow my tutorial that Lucius linked above. Note that this method will only be able to extract the private keys for "standard" P2PKH addresses.

If you were using some of the Armory specific "P2SH-P2PK" addresses or the Armory "Lockboxes" then this will not work and you will need to sync Bitcoin Core, then let Armory connect to Bitcoin Core and then send the funds in an onchain transaction.

i will like to transfer my funds to electrum....

All you need to do is extract your private keys from Armory and then import them into Electrum using 2 possible options (sweep = send coins in transaction) or (by using import function in Electrum). For this purpose, there is an excellent tutorial posted by @HCP, and I suggest you read the whole thread (and more times if necessary), because private keys are very sensitive information that should be handled with care.

With close to 0 information, we are able to give you close to 0 help.

Start by giving us basic information which you should always include when asking for help:
  • What version of armory do you have installed?
  • What OS are you running?
  • Did you download and fully synchronize bitcoin core?
  • Do you receive any error message? If so, what does it say?
  • What are you actually trying to achieve?

What exactly do you want to do?
Do you want to make a transaction and send your fund from Armory to an electrum wallet? Or you want to export your wallet and import it to electrum?

If you want to make a transaction, you need to have bitcoin core synced and connect it to Armory. Note that this requires you to download the whole blockchain and it may take a long time.
Currently, the whole blockchain size is about 348 GB.

If your only purpose is to access your Armory wallet in electrum, you can do it without the hassle of downloading the blockchain and making bitcoin core connected to Armory.
To do so, you need to export your private key(s) and import it to electrum.
