WORKING Cheesy https://i.imgur.com/JvTcfAv.png 4.30@BTCGUILD! New hub with 7 ports (7 was a bit much, could use 6).

happy to see you got it all sorted Smiley
99% of problems with block erupters are power related

Now it says "No devices found on startup"... WTF is this shit, problem after problem
Don't waste your money on the d-link, I've been there and done that.  Get the Rosewill 10 port hub, it runs 8 sticks and a fan.  I have 8 of the rhb500's and they are rocks, been going 24/7 for 80+ days with no problems.  The wall wart can get pretty warm.
"Sadly" I dont live in the US. I haven't seen the brand rosewill in Swedish shops.|

Used a different .bat and now I see only 3 miners again... FML

so yeh the hub dosnt have enough power to run them all

solution
get another hub
i suggest Dlink Dhub7
which will run 5 maybe 6 pushing it
I'm gonna pick up a 7 or 10 port with power cord connection instead.

The marked things, the one to the right (HW) what does that mean?
0 MH/s gotta be one in the hub righ?

Cheers for all help I get!

99% of problems are power. The other thing is to avoid using usb3 slots if you can for their relative incompatibility (usb1.1 devices on usb3 slots). Yes I know it's counterintuitive since usb3 slots provide more power, but a usb2 slot itself supplies enough power for each of them, it's just when you spread many of them on the same hub.

I have one plugged in the back, 6 in the Hub (working) 2 in the front also working.

Why do I only see 8? Should be 9, I need USB drivers to my Arctic Breeze PRO hub, can't find them :/.

Ok I did 101 Windows updates and now I can see 11 out of 13 miners

13 are plugged in, I should be seeing them all shouldn't I?

FOR FUCK SAKE THIS SHIT IS ANNOYING! CGminer only find 6 devices, 8 are plugged in...
And as if that wasn't enough my total mining speed at BTCguild is ~1.50 GH/s with those stats;

Cry Cry What do I do? Could it be slots in the HUB that are broken?

HW is hardware errors (the lower this number the better)
the other you highlighted looks like it has something to do with what pool speed it should have, if you look next to it theres and "A:" this stands for how many accepted shares it has sent to the pool which is showing as 0. so as far as the pool is concerned the device isnt mining anything at all this is probably because it dosnt have enough power to power up and atually mine
Cheers for the info, is HW anything to care about? Also as you can see in the latest picture there is something called "R+0+1 ". What is this?

Regards

First off, I highly suggest using at lease the version 3.5.2 bfgminer ( http://luke.dashjr.org/programs/bitcoin/files/bfgminer/3.5.x/bfgminer-3.5.2-win32.zip ).  The link is for the 32-bit version which runs great on 32 or 64 bit windows.  There have been a lot of changes to the newer from the 3.1.4 that you are using.  I have this running with 63 usb block erupters which hashes at 21 GH/s.

Use this startup:

bfgminer.exe  -o aress -u username -p 123 -G -S erupter:all

It looks like you do not have enough power on your usb hub.  You need about .510mamps per miner at each usb port to mine efficiently.

The reason the GH's is low, is that they are just starting up, if you look at the middle numbers, it almost shows the total hashing.

Let us know what happens.
Hey, did what you told me to do. Currently 7 miners connected; https://i.imgur.com/nKzWmKj.png

Didn't make any difference tho by changing the bat and version.

It might be the limits on your usb hub. Just like the person above me said.

Hello fellow miners! My setup is as following: 13 ASIC Block erupters USB plugged into an USB hub. I find all of them in Devices and printers so no probs there. Some of them are blinking green every now and then while others have a constant green light.
I run a bat-file with the following: bfgminer.exe -o aress -u username -p 123 --icarus-options 115200:1:1 --icarus-timing 3.0=100 -G -S erupter:all
Here's how it looks;

I am semi noob at this, please help Smiley I hace no idea what icarus is for instance.

That uknown device is a Arctic Feeze PRO (USB hub+Desktop fan) and I have no idea where to find a driver to it. Plugging in USB Devices into it doesn't work.

Actually, have more questions; What does BES stand for and what's HW? Plugged in 2 of the miners into the computer instead and this happend

I get roughly 1.36 GH/s from that, should be at ~4.3 Sad If you need me to provide more info gogo tell me!
