It's highly unfortunate that you concluded base on your opinion that this seller is a scam without proper investigation ,i am highly disappointing in (ncsupanda) but not surprise, he did not tell the forum our conversation on Telegram ,this assumption is total blackmailing , this guy told me that he is going to use escrow for payment and his going to release the money after receive and test which i agreed and i told him that i don't have money to pay DHL he should do the shipping from US and i agreed to sent my location but he refused to do so and ask me to do the reverse

What you are describing is how escrow works.
You would have to put up the money for shipping them first, with the knowledge that the cost of the device + shipping is being held in escrow by a reliable third party.
It's a sad scam attempt, but don't try to drag my name through the mud. Cheers.
