this is not mtgox fault. your transaction will eventually get confirmed.

Wait for them to come through, not much else of an option.
send them a support ticket and blame them

Well MTGOX created issues for me . i was buying through a site which used their checkout their system didnt automatically detect my payment i had to ask for a manual refund which happened
now they sent me the funds with 0 fees and this is causing me issues from getting confirmations
now two of my transcations are stuck as unconfirmed because of this
