Obviously, you're going to have to put some time in and do your homework yourself.
Read the Pools subforum for your own best interest: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=41.0

As a new user, I'd advise you stay away from any proportional pool.
The reason is, you'll be one of those unfortunate sheep pool-hoppers thrive on.
Although bitcoins.lc does not publish their hash-rate graph, I'd fully expect it to look much like this one: https://bitclockers.com/statistics
This "heartbeat-like" pattern is nothing but bad news for the steady, 24/7 miners.

I've been mining on Eligius for months and have nothing wrong to say about the pool.
Just be advised that the owner has lately been a controversial and polarizing individual. Nevertheless, he is a highly skilled coder.

If you want consistent per share payments for variable mining stick to PPS & SMPPS pools.
Proportional can be hopped.  I wouldn't use any proportional pool for any reason.  If nothing else existed I would solo mine before I used a prop pool.

Eligus is a good (albeit controversial due to some actions by its operator) SMPPS pool.

Having been basically abandoned by its creator, ArsBitcoin is to be avoided.

Can you list some good ones of those, cuz I'm a very speratic miner. Btw, thanks for the help

No prob but I will let you do your own research:
https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Comparison_of_mining_pools

Sort by reward type.
SMPPS and PPS pools pay fixed amount per share.  Be sure to look at the fees % as well.

Depending on how old the shares are they could have decayed to zero.

If you want to be paid on every share period.  No good luck, no bad luck then you want a PPS or SMPPS pool.

I don't know if this is supposed to be but: when I mine x shares and the quit before the solution is found, I get no bitcoins. Site: mining.bitcoin.cz I would attach pics, but don't know how.
