Yes he already transferred his bitcoins into somewhere and as you said the last transaction was happened at 23rd July.So OP better lock this thread now and also edit the title as resolved.

Nowadays blockchain.info wallet has so many bugs but it is not a big problem because soon the problem will get resolved so don't get panic.

OP didnt able to respond this thread even though there are already lots of advises being given out in here but its not appropriate for you to say to lock this thread unless if he do confirm that the issue is resolved.
Checking out those tx its already confirmed and basing on transactions he do early pass up bitcoins into 2 different wallets then accumulate those bitcoins and passed up into other address too.
Its confirmed the question is, those addresses is belonged to op?

I can see it.
Try to import your wallet to another wallet as OmegaStarScream said above, write your seed and if you use pc, download Electrum and import it to electrum. If you don't know how to do it, try follow this step Restoring your standard wallet from seed. Lets see if your balance is showing up on electrum, since i can see that transaction already confirmed, probably blockchain bug or something.

It's possibly a display issue only since you can see one transaction and not the others. I believe Blockchain.info use BIP39 so have you tried to import it to Electrum or Mycelium and see If you can see them?
