Sometimes when I have this issue, I doublecheck that the email address I'm using is the one I put into the website... "errare umanum est"!

No problems on my end. If you're still having problems trying clearing your cache and restarting your browser.

No idea about 2FA, but it seems the site is having some issues at this moment as I can't search for any transaction there...
