This kind of problem is usual in any exchange. It will be an alarming if the issue doesn't resolved within days or being offline for long period of time like Coinsmarket did.
People just have to wait a bit before making a speculation.

I think you have to be patient before any judgement. Every site having troubles some times because of multiple issues so we dont judge them early and start considering scam. You can check now site is working quit fine and also processing the transactions as well.
If the information you gave is anything to rely on, I think we should be a little bit patient before we start spreading FUD. Obviously, sometimes things can go wrong but it is the way it is handled. Lets wait and see.
