thanks for taking the time to respond sincerely, I'm experiencing some growing pains acclimating to the culture here. I think paying someone else to post on my behalf is a better option than paying for an account.

If anyone interested in offering this service sees this feel free to pm me.

I feel strongly that people buy and sell accounts for shady reasons and are utilizing a reputation that they have not earned.  I will tag both with negative trust when I see that.  Your reason here isn't the worst in the world, and it's understandable.  You might want to pay someone to do the ANN for you--a lot of users take that route.

Others will strenuously disagree with me on those points.  It's a hot topic here on bitcointalk, and you're taking the right approach by trying to do right by the community first.  That actually says a lot.

Hi all - I'm trying to make an ANN post about a new altcoin, but messed up and didnt realize I needed a jr level account. Now the presale is on but I have to buy an account to make an announcement post? is that the best option? I'm not sure if thats culturally accepted here. help?
