I know there are many out there looking for a project to work on and I am looking for 2 additional people to join a team of developers building a next generation crypto-social platform. To be clear, we are not "hiring" team members. This project will look for serious funding, both inside and outside of the crypto space at which time team members will be compensated appropriately. We are ready to move forward with the project, including fully documented product specs.
At this time we are looking for the following:
Marketing Director (please have real, non-crypto marketing experience, preferably in the social space)
Back-End Developer:
- Experience with API's
- No "crypto" experience needed
- Front-end skills are a plus
- Not stuck on a specific language

I must say reading through you just mentioned you are building a crypto social platform next gen- I get the idea that you want to capture the crypto market but there have been too many guys thinking they want to be the next facebook and fail.
