on March 5, Singapore time based on the results of community self governance management and the computing power of proposal application nodes. At 16:00 (UTC / GMT + on March 4, the application channel for crowdfunding contract proposal will be closed, and the opening hours of the next phase will be notified.
The community autonomy proposal is applied by the community, and users can query in the block main network.
