The other problem is "BTC Nuggets" that keeps creating v2 blocks.
The block my pool just found (363848) effectively orphaned "BTC Nuggets" last v2 block (363847) coz we completely ignore it as expected and built off the BTCChina 363847 that arrived after the "BTC Nuggets" v2 block - as expected by anyone who is mining properly on the v3 blockchain
Whoever "BTC Nuggets" is, they seem to want to throw away a lot of hash rate (3 blocks) over the last 24 hours and are still generating v2 blocks ...
No doubt others are, but "BTC Nuggets" are the obvious one and they mined the V2 block that started the 6 block fork yesterday (that f2pool caused by mining on that block)

How could we have reached 95% with f2pool and antpool mining version 2 blocks?

then f2pool built on a V2 block and as many know the 6 block fork happened.
AntPool sorted out their pool and moved off the 'v2 fork' and found a 'v3 fork' block and everything sorted itself out some time after that when the 'v3 fork' got ahead of the 'v2 fork'
I've no idea if or when f2pool stopped accepting V2 blocks
Based on the latest post for F2Pool, they haven't stopped accepting v2 blocks. Hell, they will accept ANY block even if it's completely invalid, because they are continuing to mine using an SPV client.
Hint: If anybody finds out how they're listening (most likely they simply have a stratum client connected to other pools), they can broadcast a completely fake block header to the chinese pool's SPV listeners and they will begin trying to mine on this "new block" even though it doesn't even exist.

Isn't it only required to be on 0.10.1 on any system but windows?
Indeed, PeterTodd's description on the list is precise. (I didn't want to give people a long list as a recommendation).(yes I can prove that last statement about eloipool)
I thought that was interesting also. Considering the various pools that have come since the eloipool project it doesn't make sense to exclusively name that one. When it comes to miners, naming BFG w/o CG just smells since eloipool was mentioned.
I really do worry sometimes as to the fate of Bitcoin when there are so many intertwined players and agendas.
