Phishing links are everywhere, we must inform and educated waves holders not to go in those site nor click on that link. Always use the secured and official waveswallet or download client for sure

Are you talking about the waves lite client or the new waves client?  Because i opened my old waves client and don't see any of this you are talking about?  But when i click on details for all the coins, there is a link for each but you can't click on them as in clicking on a link.

Also are most of you using the new waves wallet?  Im still using the one with the google app waves wallet from a while back.

I also noticed this in my waves wallet, I thought it was a bonus and want to know where it came from, glad I've used Google and landed here instead of directly going to their website, they are very cunning and getting smarter, do they have this kind on myetherwallet.?

I opened my wave wallet today where i discovered some sites appearing in my wave wallet like tokens and each has units of token in disguise. I also confirmed this from some of my friends.
I have confirmed that they are phishing sites sent by some scammers to steal away users' waves wallet security details and valuable tokens.
The sites appear in this forms:

http://wagerr.ga
http://wgerr.com
https://WBTC.me
https://ocl.site
https://weth.ltd
All these are phishing sites with units of tokens sent by scammers to waves wallets.
They appear in other forms as well
Do not click on them, they are phishing sites.

Although they can't be deleted, but you can hide them from your wallet, so as not to be tempted into clicking on them.
I would have pasted the screenshot, but my present rank cannot accommodate it.
Please, do accept it this way, whenever i am elevated higher in rank in future, i will do more than this.
Thanks.

I'm already tired of such tokens in MEW, already a whole bunch in my wallet, still do not understand, is it worth paying fees for sending these tokens.
The fees to create an asset in the waves platform is much cheaper compared with ethereum. that's why it's worth to create every single waves token. I remember someone posted about you need around 0.01 waves to able create an asset in the waves platform and that's why waves has used by so many scammers.

Thanks for the information, unfortunately we have to get used to the fact that the scammers do not sleep and every day they do it better.
Remember to keep your seeds safe, that's the main thing.
As for the screenshot maybe if you send it to someone with more rank he can post here.

Yes you are very right and correct about them
But I think as long as you don’t disclose your seeds, your wallet is save

And you have less to worry about as well

So be wary, there are rippers here and there
Always stay clear and safe
