The conclusion is really weird, lol. How did you pick 4 countries out of so many? Anyone could easily pretend he is not good at English.

Hey calm down man, I was an am making an observation. When you have 20+, 30+ ponzi sites that all have broken english it's kinda odd you know? I know there is around 6,500 languages spoken but still, English is the TOP spoken and written language in the whole world.

gotta agree with you, most of em which end up being scams are actually from those who can't speak proper english. my guess, eastern europeans.
