Normally everything went smoothly in the past.

Novaexchange is closing down. They disabled deposits scanning at the end of the November with one last scan scheduled on 15.12.2017. Not sure about withdrawals though. As far as I know, withdrawals should work until 01.04.2018 but I don't know how quickly Novaexchange actually process withdrawals nowadays.
he is right. they are closing so begin to stay away from nova... i can recommend you binance. i hope it will beat bittrex soon.
