The girl in the photo is a human/alien hybrid, where the genetic traits of the egg pods (the normal birth method for face huggers) is genetically engineered into a human vagina, allowing for these female hybrids to give birth to multiple face hugger offspring in a far shorter time frame than the classic egg pods do.
