- I'm not sure about their limits when it comes to Alexa rankings but some of our comments might come in handy.

I saw now you are talking about Mellowads as a reputed ad network.
I think they are lost their credibility a long time ago. Check thread Mellow ads accept advertisements from Bitcoin doubler websites. they have considerably lowered the criterion by which they accept advertisers, I find many scammers promoting in his network. This has resulted in their ads not being eligible on websites from many high reputed services. That's means if you use their network for your promotion, your ads will show on poor and low-quality pages.
It's just a suggestion, I would rather not use them and find another advertising service.
