CCC is always the problem. For me it has failed to open/start since version 11.3. Drivers are working...but no CCC so i cant disable/enable CrossFire(for gaming).

Indeed, I can't do any overclocking or underclocking since apparantly theres a lock inside CCC to prevent third party clocking? Either case, can't launch it with any version of driver/ccc versions. :|
