currently there are so many altcoins that appear. but for me altcoins that currently have popularity are just eth and EOS. because both of these coins have a community and have a lot of customers for a long time. but there are also many other coins that have popularity like NEO rippel etc.

It won't help because people will have a lot of choice for the coins that really don't have the future.

If the time and money will be invested in to few but with potential then that's going to make the market cap of that coin higher. But as we can see, its spreaded all over thousands of alts.

The number of altcoins or cryptocurrency in general is gradually increasing. While some coins have gain popularity and are well established others are on their way of getting popular and increasing in value. i personally think that if a lot of coins are introduced into the market, it will not help the crypto market. what do you think?

I think the opposite, many altcoin will help many people know this market. Most ICO projects are startups developed to help areas that have been around for hundreds of years can be improved. So how will the world know when these startups are successful?

There are lot of coins on the market, but  competition of different ideas is good for crypto. Market will take
care of copycats and scam coins. Only the coins which represent value has chance to survive.

You are right. New cryptocurrencies are released day by day. But I don't think it's a big problem. Because only a few of them can be successful.
Coinmarketcap has been listed about 2000 cryptocurrencies. But most of them must be ignored. Most of them are not traded. Most of them are completely unknown.

I think the market would filter out the poor currencies and only the quality projects would thrive.
There is so many untapped potential in cryptocurrency, and new devs and creators are exploiting that and improving the community, this is always welcome.

It is true that a greater amount of alts dilutes the market and may take a while to get the investment to the useful currencies, but you must also take into account that the variety of the market depends on it, and a competitive environment also generates a lot of innovation.

I think in the end it will not matter how many coins are introduced.  The free market will weed things out assuming the government stays out and things are allowed to naturally work.  Makes if much harder for bounty hunters though as it's impossible to sift through all the bs.

Number of altcoins and market keep increasing day by day, now there is large number of altcoins, generally blockchain and crypto currency are increasing also the only sad news about this is that some altcoins will fail to make it to the market despite the awareness and tokens being sold out yet they will fail to make it to the exchange.

There will be a lot of coins/tokens put into the market but most are shitcoin. And you know that shitcoin can not live long in the market, they will be eliminated soon. Real altcoins will go up.

You are rght, the number of altcoins is increasing. I remembered approx. 3 months ago there were "only" 1500 alts/tokens, now there are close to 2000. In my opinion, while it is good that projects have competition, but this is too much. Somewhere between 500-1000 would be okay, I guess.

Yes, now there is a large number of altcoins on the market. But I believe that competition will win between us. And many simply can not stand it. I think that they will create more and more better coins then they will invest in them. In other cases, they simply will not be appreciated and will die.

Blockchain is growing and evolving. Cryptocurrencies too. I hate that there are so many lousy projects, but the ones I deem worthy of existance, may be deemed shitcoins by others. I hope the real shitcoins, projects were owners only had one goal in mind, that is to fill their pockets as fast as possible, will gradually disappear. Crypto is getting more and more mature. I hope at some point (even new) people will understand the basics of a high potential project....that way shitty projects will not get funding from day one. But first money needs to be freed from current shitty projects...hope this will happen soon!

Yes. Now there are many altkoins, but we must not forget that some are in demand, while others are not. Thus, the introduction of a large number of coins does not mean their success. But I think, if there will be more successful altoins, then the whole of the crypto currency will strengthen its position.

I heard the same talks over and over during 2013/2014, with some hundred cryptocurrencies (tokens didn't even exist). It is a free market, anyone can make a crypto and in the end the value will leave the shitty scamcoins and will just move to the many succesful projects and currencies.
