La parte più importante credo sia:

KYC verification will be required for all transactions, which involve the exchange of fiat currency on the CEX.IO platform.

In order to access this option you will be required to submit:

a valid government issued ID, acceptable images of documents are: - international passport (double page) - national ID card (both sides) - driver's license (both sides) in high resolution (300dpi)

a proof of residency, acceptable scanned images of paper documents are: - bank statement - utility bill for utilities consumed at your home address - tax return, council tax - certificate of residency issued by a government or a local government authority You can also submit other documents to serve as proof of residency such as; government-issued documents, judicial authority-issued documents, documents issued by a public agency / authority, utility service company, or similar regulated service providing companies.
Additional instructions will be released to determine the procedure of document submission.

Know your customer (KYC) refers to relevant information from users for the purpose of doing business with them.

cioè richiedono un documento d'identità e questo "proof of residency" ossia estratto conto piuttosto che una bolletta.

Se non mi sbaglio non dovrebbero essere introdotte nuove commissioni.
Correggetemi se ho torto
