The results are similar to 1080Ti, or even 1080Ti is better than Titan X. It's not a good choice to mine ZEC

1080Ti is still better than titanx in terms of cost. No need to buy that expensive card which have only 10-20% boost.

lol that was before

now a 1080ti costs more than a titan x from nivida store lol

heck even the titan V at 900 sols is starting to look attractive at 2500 lol

All of them are better then amd at zec

I have:

 1060 = 320h
 1070 = 430h
 1080 = 515h
 1080 ti = 650h

all get over 3 h a watt

so basically if you get a deal on them get them.

note make sure the 1060 is the 6gb not the 3gb

Thank you, Phil!

Am I right that there is no anything super special about Titan X compared to 1080ti?
titanx would be a better display piece than 1080ti

That is correct. The only difference as far as mining is concerned would be that it costs allot more $$$ to buy it.

What about lower models? 1070ti 1060Ti 1050Ti?.is it worth to buy it for equihash/crypto9 or is better to stay with amd?
Could you give mining results please? Smiley

Pretty much the entire 1000 series is good at equihash (or Lbry, or LyraRev2), with the 1070 being the most efficient overall from what I have researched.

If you mean GTX 1060, I have an EVGA 6GB SSC model that I got for US$219 that I think is great for equihash mining
I can get 320+ sol/s at just under 100w measured with kill-a-watt or EWBF's built in --pec statistics

That works out to ~$2-2.40/day and an ROI of 90-110 days or something depending on coin prices and electricity costs.
Pretty similar profits to an RX480 but using less power by my calculations Cheesy

Make sure that you get the correct Titan, there is maxwell titan and pascal titan and you can easily mistake them.

Well, my GTX 1080 Ti can do 630-650 at stock settings (230-250 watts), so I would expect similar results from Titan X.

*The 1080 Ti can supposedly do ~600 @ 150 watts with some tweaking, but I have not personally had the time to try that yet.

Is any statistics on what to expect from Titan X for zec mining? Hashes? Power consumption?
