I'd say not hot yet, but this will be the comeback king of 2017. Solid tech, great team, great commumity and there are actually a number of very interesting projects that have recently started on it. Janus, Darcrus, adel to name a few.
Ardor is a very interesting project, building on the foundations laid by NXT and solving scalability and ease of use for all kinds of businesses wanting to utilize blockchain.it's main child chain, IGNIS, will be distributed to NXT token holders for 0.5 ignis per NXT. That incentive to hold NXT alone could bring the price up to 5-6k satoshi... I give it another few weeks tops, as soon as 1k breaks it's off to the races..
