What does the $15 bank fee mean in the screenshot above? How does it get calculated?

If they add IDEAL for the Dutch (it's Nederlands btw not "Nederlandsk" if someone from coinomat reads here), then it could be a great competition for Bitonic.nl - they're pretty awesome too. If they do that (or generally get a bit more Euro-friendly), then I'll use this since they support NXT

When the price goes down further, I will give it a try.
My worry is always that people are going to wake up, realize just how awesome Nxt is, the price will skyrocket and it'll be too late to get in cheap.
