I think you can move them as soon after block of snapshot. You don't have to wait until January. As soon as the snapshot has happened, it should be fine to sell or move the coins.

You need to hold NXT before the snapshot in order to get Ignis. Also make sure you hold it on a wallet that will support the fork, don't have it all in an exchange.

I downloaded the NXT platform desktop wallet. I think it is the right one.

You need to hold NXT before the snapshot in order to get Ignis. Also make sure you hold it on a wallet that will support the fork, don't have it all in an exchange.

u need to hold nxt in your nxt wallet to get free ignis,for every 2 nxt u have u will get 1 ignis.

You can also get IGNIS on a ratio of 2 NXT : 1 IGNIS (ICO) and there's an airdrop. Not understanding any of this previously I sold my NXT like a dumbass lol.
