No it's nothing! He did much worst... But America is too weak to do anything about corruption emanating from the White House... It's the final state of decay when the illusion of separation of power breaks away and all the politicians (judges, executives and legislative) start to feast on the corps of the republic. What is fun is that they will ask the cops to stay honest... This is the next stage. It's less fun for those untrained in the art of war. Russia under Boris and the Americans oligarchs was falling in this direction until a group from st Petersburg raised to challenge and did what had to be done to stop the fleecing of Russia. However I don't believe that the American services have that in them... Toxic food, toxic society, lacks of hope and ideas, so corrupt them selves... The few last honest better start to prepare to emigrate to Russia... It's their only hope.

but it is very common to all politicians. they say some thing and then do some thing else. it mean that they have a great friendship. this not a good news for Obama it can effect his personality and so political career.
