I just like collecting things.  Like stamps, or bottle caps.

Having one of every AltCoin would be neat, albeit worthless.

Don't you collect stuff?

But if some coin in near future will die than there will be no nodes at wallet. So you can't see amounts of you coins.
Do you know that?

Sadly, yes.  But as there's also no way to send / receive them, I feel they'll exclude themselves.

Plus, as long as the blockchain is alive, the coins exist.  Ergo, My interest is only coins with active blockchains, even if the coin itself is not listed on any real exchanges.

Anyone know of any faucets out there giving coins out in dead currencies?  I don't care if it's a worthless coin, I just want at least one of as many coins as I can.

I am confused with your actions, where people want to get a good and valuable coin. Then you do the opposite, that is looking for coins that are dead and worthless.

I want to ask, what is your motivation so that you are so obsessed with dead coins?

No, that would be even more of a waste of time than a bitcoin faucet.

However,  you can get free dead and dying coins on yobit.net.  Go to the "free coins" section.   Hope that helps.

Thanks for the tip, but I'm not trying to make a profit.  Just collect at least one of every coin possible.  I could not care less about profitability. Smiley

Though you want to collect all those coins or either dead coins from faucets, you are still wasting your time. Because before you can collect them and put them on your wallet, you still have to click every one of those and wait for the proper amount so you can transfer it.

For me I cannot say it is a collection if you don't really have it literally. So still you have to spend a lot of time in order to do that. But no one can stop you if that's what you want. Just giving an advice.

Thanks.  Most obscure AltCoin faucets pay directly...for example, SpaceSpace will send you .0001 monacoin *and* give you your fortune / horoscope on the confirmation page.

Worthless? Yes.  But now I have one less coin to collect.

I found an old cloakcoin faucet that pays directly, but it's dry.  Same with Gulden. Sad

there is no legit faucet at this time, it has been missed.
it just wastes your time. do your best to get BTC and it's not faucet or cloud mining.

Edit:  the Yobit giveaway coins are way better than a faucet.  There are tons of dead coins there, and all you have to do is click a button.
