this service available for italian?
No he said it is US only and he is operating out of the US so he does not have a license to operate or do anything outside of those countries borders.
There are laws you know when it comes to doing businesses like this one and zone requirements to even offer this outside your own city let alone outside your own country. Roll Eyes

I'm not 100% sure on that. I know a client that was having trouble using bitcoins as a source of down payment.

Essentially, the main goal here is to get bitcoin users qualified for buying a home.
Two different ways I would approach this:

1) If the buyer has current income on W2 or self-employed and they want to setup the down payment through bitcoins, I help them with that. I just got a call from a bitcoin user stating that he has 2 year W2 but his down payment is coming from bitcoins that he had just sold. Some banks don’t like that and certain Loan Officers don’t know how to approach that scenario, but I could make it so that the funds from bitcoins being sold could be used as a source of down payment.

2) If someone has no income and a large amount of bitcoins, I help them into setting up a business that pays them monthly through the bitcoins (after selling them) and the buyer could get qualified with 1 year tax returns. You would need a business bank account and have the funds from the bitcoins being sold get deposited into your business bank account. Then, you pay yourself from the business account through checks or W2.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but since BTC is considered as a commodity in the U.S., can't you just treat the BTC as if it were stocks you were selling off? Or gold or other things like that? Shouldn't even need the loopholes.

The revolutionary trading ecosystem
I've been busy with work and school so i haven't been watching this thread as much. My objective is to prepare bitcoin users into buying a home. For example, trying to get qualified for a mortgage will be tough if you just have bitcoins in assets.
If someone has bitcoins, (enough to put as a down payment for a house and show a steady income) I guide you through the process on how to make it so that we could use these funds as assets/income or as a down payment.

I have dealt with one bitcoin user into purchasing a property and would be glad to help any of you if need be. Feel free to email, call or text me with any questions.
Thank you,

This thread has been off for six months, I just curious because the reason given above to me seems not solid enough. I want to ask if you can providing loans to any part of the world, or this is restricted to some countries

The website is beautifully designed and everything look legit but what is the repayment plan, will the fund be issued in bitcoin, is it available world wide? I am interested though.

I think you're getting the wrong impression. This has nothing to do with paying in Bitcoin. It's about securing the loan by proving income/finances that are held in Bitcoin (just like if you held $1m worth of gold, and you wanted to secure a loan). It's just a normal loan -- no different than any other.

Is the mortgage process any different between those that wish to purchase a home with bitcoin vs. Dollars?

Are you establishing the loans in bitcoin? What kind of rates are you offering?

Thanks and good luck with your business!
