Core clock 1200 Mhz is good. If I try to higher value, the system crashes and I have to restart the pc. I know it is important for mining. Now I see 34 Mh/s.

What is the core voltage for ?

If you can decrease the core voltage while maintaing the same hashrate do it. It will lower the heat and electricity consumption.

What is the safe temp ?

Between 70 and 80 ?

Below 80 is pretty good. make sure you are not reaching the 90s. reference 290s with the same core used to run at 94c but I won't recommend it.

Yep, I wil ltry to do it. And my R9 390X is Sapphire and it is already overclocked by default. Can I overclocked it anyway ?

Yeah, the card is only slightly overclocked from the factory.

Here is the results for R9 390X. is it possible to get higher Hashrate with this graphic card ?

Claymre Dual Mining for ETH.
ETH only mode

30.467 - 30.804 Mh/s for ETH only mode.
Power: 341-348 Watt

28.139 - 29.635 Mh/s for ETH + 428.223 - 444.293 Mh/s for DCR
Power: 363-367 Watt

Yeah you could get 33Mh or more with a 390X.
Push the core clock up and the voltage down and find the sweet spot. you will need to enable voltage control in Afterburner's settings because I see it's still disabled for you.
