Check the memory vendor of your card through GPU-z software.
If it is Samsung, the memory will easily overlock to +800 MHz. For Micron: +500 seems achievable and Hynix then you're out of luck as it sucks for overclocking memory vector.
As Ethash algorithm highly favours faster memory speeds, it is crucial to overclock memory parameter to achieve highest hashrate possible from the cards.

This is start.bat that I used (Claymore + Pill)

Code:
setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0
setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool us-east.ethash-hub.miningpoolhub.com:20555 -ewal -eworker -epsw -mode 1 -platform 2 -cclock -200,-200,-200,-200,-200,-200 -mclock +800,+800,+800,+750,+750,+750 -powlim -30,-30,-30,-30,-30,-30 -tt -75,-75,-75,-75,-75,-75
pause

The first 3x GPU are GTX1080 Ti (memory clock +800 for each GPU) and the others are GTX1070 (MC +750 for each GPU). My GTX1080 Ti got 52 Mh/s an average, but GTX1070 hashrate is only about 33 Mh/s (because the pill doesn't work for GTX 1070).

I have a 1080 and a 1080ti, and i only get 36mh/s on the 1080, and i use the pill
anyone that have some good afterburner settings for etc/eth, cause i know it should be possible to get close to 40mh/s

i also have a 2080rtx, that is only running on 43mh/s

The fact is that I literally recently watched on YouTube a series of tips for aspiring miners. And I realized that the case may be in your video card.  All because manufacturers use the memory of different brands depending on the memory.  4 mh/s  These are permissible deviations on any video cards. Professionals of mining even already monitor batches of video cards in order to look for those that give out a little more.

I think you can find this information. But unfortunately, getting more from you will not come out.
