This morning the courier brought it to me.

That's good to know it took 2 weeks since you opened this thread, might as well close this thread, so it's true that has something to do with the special event in Hongkong that caused the delay in the shipment, should have been good if you posted the server for us to see, anyway congratulation and happy mining and may your mining venture be profitable.

First of all, have you cross-checked to know if any mistake is not coming from you, what about the details you provided for your delivery, the contact details as well as the email address used, lastly, are you sure you're dealing with them through their verified and official online platform, scam is everywhere now and people can clone a site to make it appears as the one you intended, why not give all these another closer look to know where the fault is coming from.

Have you umm... read the thread? It's 8 posts long excluding your post, so I can understand if it's a difficult feat. OP's latest update here, two posts above yours, gave a possibility that it's just a delayed AWB number.

have you tried contacting them through their social media accounts? I checked their Twitter/X account and found someone with a similar issue to yours, that person didn't get a reply from them but there was a reply from another Twitter/X user claiming that they were active on Telegram (not sure if that is true since there is no mention that they have a Telegram on their website).

Order status update coming this week. Goods already left our warehouse last week otherwise but due to the recent Holiday in Hong Kong the tracking numbers haven't been issued yet since shipping warehouses were backlogged

Last week we sent a shipping update as well, just the tracking system hasn't updated yet. As soon as it updates, the order status will change also

So far this is good they have a valid reason I think that the holiday was Chung Yeung Festival 4 October Tuesday but until you receive the stuff you ordered you should still follow it up and monitor it.

They have bad reviews about their delivery so do not rely on their promise until you receive it and update us on the delivery if you receive it, that's the time you can mark this thread resolved and you can then lock it.

They were supposed to ship the Octoserver on September 15th and the delivery time was 10-20 days

I write emails to them with questions but never receive an answer at all.

Joined their Discord channel.
Admins don't respond there either

If you want to order their products, be careful
Based on all other reviews I have read, it seems to that they are very incompetent when it comes to delivering the purchased gear and also responding to customer issues. I encourage you to make more noise on their social media channels until they respond to your issue.
However, be ready to wait for some lengthy time.

Next time when using such services, it's very important to carry to through due diligence to avoid such inconveniences

I checked the forum out of curiosity, there is an account called octominer that has a link on its profile that leads to octominer.com but that account has been inactive since 2019.

not sure if this thread is relevant but I am sharing it here, from what I understand in that thread philipma1957 experienced a similar issue to the OP but in philipma1957 case, his money got refunded in the end.
