have you tried contacting them through their social media accounts? I checked their Twitter/X account and found someone with a similar issue to yours, that person didn't get a reply from them but there was a reply from another Twitter/X user claiming that they were active on Telegram (not sure if that is true since there is no mention that they have a Telegram on their website).

Order status update coming this week. Goods already left our warehouse last week otherwise but due to the recent Holiday in Hong Kong the tracking numbers haven't been issued yet since shipping warehouses were backlogged

Last week we sent a shipping update as well, just the tracking system hasn't updated yet. As soon as it updates, the order status will change also
