Yeah there are tons of mini android devices out there, in that price range, all pretty nice.

I'd be interested in seeing more tablet linux distros. Built-in screen, wifi, power CPU, and usually at least some form of USB input that you could hook up to a hub, would make it a pretty nice low-power all-in-one solution. Prices will have to come down a bit though to make it competitive.

You remember which one? There are a few devices out there that fit that description, including the MK802 II I mentioned earlier.

I got an MK802 II (for $41 on ebay) with the Mali GPU, and Lubuntu works great. Right now it's just mining on a Single, and I SSH in, so I never use the GPU, but it still works.

I'm also watching the MK808, as that seems to be a beast, and at a decent price. Problem is there are no Linux images as of yet, but I expect there will be before too long.

And it's about $100 to $110 more expensive than the RPi..?
