300 quality posts for Full membership 17/10/2016 - 31/12/2016 is bogus! There ought to be a maximum post per day to ward off spamming and all what not. Something else is that the idea to pay only the first 100 is crazy - what happens to others. If you plan on making your forum a formidable, you got to spend(invest) good on it

I agree with you, 300 post on $3 is just like suicide for me and much horrible on doing faucets in my own opinion. As you calculated pay per post is horrible and I try t visit the site there no so much traffic maybe thi promotion would somehow work if op would increase its rate. 300 post is no joke of your time and effort.
I think if you guys pay per posts to make your forum active then you are mistaken, people will leave once paid lol

Two weeks? but the time and date fram is like this:
Starting date: 10/17/2016.
End date: 12/31/2016
almost 2 months and half to become full members. time is not bad. but 3 dollar for 300 posts is not worth..
